How do I access my Patient & Caregiver Education Program?
You can log in at https://ccc.pfctraining.org to access your course. You will be redirected to your Student Dashboard, where you can access your courses.
If you are a new user, a password will be emailed to you when you enroll in a course. If you don’t see it, please check your Junk mail folder. If you don’t have a password, or aren’t sure what it is, click the “Forgot your Password?” link on the login page. You can use your email address as your username.
How do I get my certificate?
Once you complete your course, you will see a popup with a button to download your certificate.
To access all of your certificates, click the Progress item from your student dashboard, then click the “Certifications” option from the menu at the top of the page. Click the sunburst icon under Options to download your certificate.

We have upgraded our Training Platform. If you enrolled before May 2021, your account is no longer active. Please contact us at webmaster@safeaccessnow.org to migrate your account or access your certificate.
